Upcoming Academic Preschool open houses for the 2025/26 school year

Registration for the 2025-2026 academic year is open at the Seattle Preschool + Pre-K in Lake City and Columbia City!

If this is your first time learning about The Seattle Preschool, here’s us in a nutshell: our unique value proposition is our location, inside Seattle Gymnastics Academy! We offer a movement-centered approach to early learning, utilizing gymnastics and play to support and elevate the academic curriculum. We strive to offer a holistic and empathetic approach to early learning, for the mind and body.

Each day includes movement through gymnastics-based physical activity; creating an environment in which the brain is ready, willing and able to learn. In the classroom, we believe in a balance of self-directed play and teacher-led instruction, and incorporate research-based curriculum to further support each child’s social-emotional and academic growth.

Curious to learn more? Join us at an upcoming open house and meet the teachers, explore the classroom and check out the attached gymnastics facility! The classroom will be set up for children to enjoy while you visit with the teachers and ask any questions you may have. Learn about the Fall preschool programming available, including: 2, 3 and 5-day Preschool options, 5-day Pre-K Program, 1 & 2-day Early Start parent-accompaniment program, plus the Playdate Plus flexible drop-in program.

Columbia City Open House:

• Saturday, April 19 from 10:00am – 11:30am

Lake City Open House:

• Saturday, March 29 from 10:30am – 12:00pm
• Saturday, April 26 from 10:30am – 12:00pm

Plus, at Lake City on each of the above dates, we will be hosting Preschool Preview, an hour and a half to play and explore in our classroom and gym for ages 6 months to 4 years! 1:00-2:30pm, $20.
